Doesn't really resemble a park. Maybe a nice wooded area to hide the bodies. But not anywhere i would take my toddlers to play.
It's not a park as a previous reviewer was apparently looking for. It is now somewhat reclaimed wetlands that once served as the first harness (horse) race track in the United States and was and still is named "Good Time Park" which is why the Harness Racing Museum is located just a few blocks away.
Not that good
Just a giant open field of grass. Looks like it is well kept as it appeared mowed when I passed by on Heritage Trail. There was a garbage can there too.
If you need to take pictures but definitely not a park to visit. Lol
