Before you retain this law firm beware. Despite what might be paramount for the children of any parents and the children's well being, apparently a judge can bully this firm into unconscionable family court visitation at a preliminary appearance. The retainer gets hacked with bogus charges. What should have been a scheduling appearance turned into a 3 month temporary order without any consideration for the children's well being.
