Simple oil change turned into a whole day and some event.
Absolutely outstanding spot. The girl behind the desk was so kind, and all of the employees are pleasant. The manager let me use a coupon even though I didn't print it. Oil change was quick and they washed my car AND my mats for free. I moved out of the area but come here for all of my car needs. My bug has never looked better and they never try to up sell you. Prices are fair for absolutely amazing work. I can't thank you enough goshen car wash!
They feel they did nothing wrong.
My time is valuable, and I feel cheated out of time and $71.
They don't have friendly customer service at the register. They also don't honor the Veterans Pay It Forward discount. Plenty of other places that do and after several attempts here, just not worth going to the place in town anymore.
Good car wash service that also does oil changes and NYS inspection.
Nice quick and friendly. Food is across the street if you are getting and oil change and or repairs. Hard works and detailed with their work.
They accidentally splattered oil over the engine and neighboring parts under the hood.

There was a new noise with start up and initial driving that scared me -luckily this resolved once the engine was washed a second time the next day; Dealership tech thought it may have been the oil spilled on the timing belt.
Looking for new car mechanic in the area.
