Staff on the day of pick up was very friendly and supportive the car wasn't available and I had to wait they compensated with customer inconvenience discount . I am rating them 3 is due to the later experience with car and drop off experience. Car was programmed to not to go beyond 75mph as it's a new feature by ford and even the music was restricted to be at 40% so people at 3rd row were without music and when I reported this on drop off the customer rep answer was rude " this is beyond me I don't check these kind of stuff or they let us k know" comon you are the Enterprise rep and face for the customer how come you are not answerable for this inconvenience and who are they ?when Enterprise own the car
Unless things have improved renting from here is terrible. Nothing but bad experiences each time I had to rent here when my car was in the shop!

Yes you can drop off your keys and vehicle when closed. I highly recommend you just turn it in when they are open for business. Just to confirm everything is squared away.
