Wow what a great find this place is! I've bought a few bikes there and Shaun and Brian have always made sure I bought the right bike and not just what my friends say I should be on. They always seem to have the right parts instock to get me back up and pedaling. They keep a real nice selection of bikes instock and if not they usually don't mind ordering you up something special. Always offer solid input on the right accessories and not always just the most expensive thing on the rack. Mountain or road biking these guys have been great to me and I'm sure they will to you aswell!!
My wife and I hit up Joe's during a weekend visit to the area. The staff was friendly, and genuine. That is a slice of Americana, let me tell you. After our rental and nice ride on the Heritage Trail, we bought a new bike for our daughter and a t-shirt for me.
My family and I have been customers for years. I brought my bike in for a tune-up. Long story short, when I went to pick up the bike my new gel comfort seat cover that was on my bike had been removed. When I inquired about where it was, no one knew anything. "Oh, we'll give you another one"; after waiting for them to get around to it, someone came outside and put a seat cover on. I have no idea what kind of seat cover it is. I have no idea if it is as comfortable as the one I had. They just put it on and walked away. My family and I will be taking our business else where.

Disappointed in this store after being a customer for years. Very little post-purchase support, rude salespeople. Bought a bike at the end of the business day, they told me to bring it back to have it adjusted when they'd be open again. Brought it back a few days later and they wanted to charge me to make the adjustments on the bike that they originally said would be free. They have always charge ridiculous prices, but this is beyond the realm of acceptable.
